Leighton Buzzard is a town in Bedfordshire, England near the Chiltern Hills and lying between Luton and Milton Keynes. Its main road is the M1 leading right into London. In Leighton Buzzard there is a church called the All Saints Parish Church, it’s from around the 13th century and it’s said to be one of the finest churches in England.

It took place in 1963 just outside of town and it was a gang of 15 strong men who held up a royal mail train making its way from Glasgow to London. They looted around 40 million pounds in banknotes. The men were eventually tried in Aylesbury and all received sentences between 20 and 30 years.
